HOW TO ORDER
To make a purchase just browse our site, and click on any items you with to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process your order.
YOUR ORDER
When in stock, purchases are dispatched within 24 hours and sent via third party courier or post. Items that are temporarily out of stock can be pre-ordered but could take between 7 and 21 days for us to receive them. If you would prefer to have your order delivered more quickly please contact us at sales@ltblender.co.uk. If you would like your products sent to a country other than the UK or Ireland please email us for a postage cost.
PRICES
We do our very best to monitor other shop’s prices but, as you can imagine, there are numerous e-shops and retailers for us to check. Therefore, if you find the item you want at a lower price elsewhere (other than sale items or special reductions) we will gladly refund the difference and, in addition, send you a freebie relevant to your order for helping us do our job.
The prices on www.ltblender.co.uk are correct at time of order but we do reserve the right to change prices without prior notice subject to errors, omissions and exclusions.
CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us:
If the ordered item was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our supplier. If we cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will refund your credit card as soon as possible and always within 30 days of the problem arising. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
FAULTY AND DAMAGED GOODS
Faulty Goods must be notified within 3 days and returned within 7 days.
In the rare event of faulty or damaged goods being received, please call us on 01285 644 820 or 07831 165 419, alternatively email us at sales@ltblender.co.uk. Please include the original purchase order number, the date on the receipt, the problem encountered, and your name and address. We will arrange either for a replacement item to be sent to you or a refund to your credit card, in this instance you will be given a returns authorisation number with which to return the goods. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We shall have no liability for failure to deliver your order or delay in doing so. Or for any damage or defect to goods delivered, caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire explosion, or accident.

www.ltblender.co.uk is a quick, convenient way to order Lt. Blender Frozen Concoctions over the internet. We reserve the right to change terms at any time, without notice, or as they may be modified from time to time.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any information you provide to us, (i.e. mailing list). Such information shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful, shall not infringe any third party’s rights, shall not contain any computer viruses or other malicious computer programming routines, and shall not link to any other web sites.
SECURITY
We use third party services to secure and protect your credit card information. However, any losses incurred or sustained by you in transmitting information shall be borne solely and exclusively by you and in no event shall any losses in whole or part be borne by ourselves or our representatives. If you are using a public computer you must sign out in accordance with their procedures when finished.
AVAILABILITY OF WEB SITE
Whilst we endeavour to make our web sites available at all times, we cannot guarantee that they will operate continuously or without interruption from time to time.
GOVERNING LAW
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. English law to include Data Protection Act 1998, and The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
